1. Due to insurance guidelines and other liability issues, we do not allow third parties caring for your pets once you have hired us. This includes, but is not limited to: friends, family, neighbors, or other third parties.

2. We are firm believers of positive reinforcement methods and humane treatment of dogs and therefore, do not use shock, choke or prong collars and invisible fences or any form of electronic collar.

3. We require that all pets be on a strict flea/tick control regimen such as Frontline or K9 Advantix.

4. We require a two-hour time window to arrive for your dog's walk.

5. All dogs in our care are required to be on leash when outdoors unless in a secure fenced-in yard. Dogs must wear a secure collar or harness on all walks and must be leash trained. For the safety of your dog, we do not use retractable leashes.

6. All pets living in your home are our responsibility and considered under our care when you hire us. Please let us know about all pets at home even if they require little attention. For the safety and well-being of your dog, we require at least three (3) visits per full day while you are away.

7. We request and strongly encourage that all clients provide two copies of house keys to be stored securely. We do not permit alternate arrangements such as keys left under the doormat, door left unlocked, key left with a neighbor, keys returned by mail etc.

8. For safety reasons, we do not provide care for dogs or cats with free access to kitty or doggie doors while you are not at home. We require that these doors remain closed while we are caring for your pets.

9. Full payment is due on or prior to the first visit. Invoices are considered past due once service begins and will incur late charges. Doggies Day Out, LLC does not offer discounted pricing. Our services are priced fairly for the professional and quality care we provide and reflect our credentials.
